The Meadows at Winchester Subdivision is a residential community consisting of 661 single family homes located in southeast Columbus, Ohio, just north of Canal Winchester, Ohio (43110 zip code), just off Gender Road. Our community was developed in the late 1990's by M/I Homes, Dominion Homes and Homewood Homes. Utilities, services, Police and Fire are serviced by the City of Columbus, as is trash pickup. Recycling containers are located throughout the area. Our community falls within two school districts, Canal Winchester and Pickerington. We have a City of Columbus owned Park & Playground in the middle of the neighborhood that is surrounded by two beautiful ponds that back to the Pickerington Ponds wildlife Area. Many homes bordering ponds are provided stunning views with unique access to the wildlife. Entrances to the neighborhood are located off Gender Road and Lehman Road which provide quick access to Route 33 that provide access to many activities Canal Winchester and Route 256 for some liveliness in Pickerington.
